Origins and quality

Fibers used to make KALGATI item are collected on cashmere goats, bred in the wild in the most exclusive Mongolian and Chinese breedings.

These fibers are among the thinnest and longest in the world, offering them a unique softness and quality. Then, the yarn is spined in an Italian workshop reputed for its skilled craftsmanship and finest authenticity. No compromise is made on quality.

KALGATI cashmere yarns are knitted in a French atelier specialized in precious and luxurious garment. Cashmere are naturally treated, eco-friendly with no adjunction of chemicals product. That treatment preserved life, quality and authenticity for years.

Cashmere requires care and has the particularity to become softer and more beautiful through time and washes.


We recommend washing KALGATI cashmere after few wears. Delicate hand wash in cold water using a very little amount of wool specialized detergent with NO fabric conditioner or softener.


Press to wring and do not twist to preserve the fibers.


Dry flat on a towel, sheltered from light and heater after reshaped your cashmere without stretching or deforming.


Soft steam ironing with no press, place a towel on the garment.

You can also use dry cleaning specialist either cashmere loves water.

Since our garments are naturally treated, they might release small cashmere surplus looking pilled. This is a normal phenomenon, which will stop after some washes.


Origins and quality

Leathers used by KALGATI are of exceptional quality.

They come from the most exclusive French tanneries, some of them with several centuries of existence and know-how. KALGATI only retains the best skins, with passion and harsh selection process. No compromise is made on quality.

Leather requires little care to preserve its beauty. Naturally, time will add an authentic patina to KALGATI leathers through years.


We recommend avoiding exposure to water and moisture.

Also avoid long exposure to the sun.

Do not use solvents or abrasive materials, perfumes or oils.

Gift orders

You can purchase an item to offer a gift. We will send the order with an invoice where the price is not show when the billing address is different of the shipping address. All orders placed online will be presented in an elegant KALGATI box.

Means of payment accepted

KALGATI accepts Visa®, EuroCard®, MasterCard® as payment for an order placed on our website. KALGATI uses Ingenico secured system payment and LCL (Le Crédit Lyonnais). You should enter your credit card or charge card number and its expiration date on the relevant page.

Payments Security

All the transactions made on the website are secured. The padlock symbol next to the address bar of the page beginning with "https" indicates that you are in a secure setting environment.

Also, regarding the card used for the transaction, the 3D Secure system will identify and secure the transaction, by requesting a unique code linked to that transaction to complete the order.

Standard - Standard delivery is offered for all order placed using « La Poste Colissimo » service.
Delivery delays are 2 – 3 business days after dispatching.

Express - We also proposed for 15€ an express delivery service using “Chronospost”.

In Europe

Standard - Standard delivery is proposed for 15€ using « La Poste Colissimo International» service.
Delivery delays are 4 to 6 business days after dispatching regarding destinations.

Express - We also proposed for 25€ an express delivery service “Chronospost International”.
Delivery delays are 2 to 4 business days after dispatching regarding destinations.

Rest of the World

Standard - Standard delivery is proposed for 25€ using « La Poste Colissimo International» service.

Since KALGATI is in the practical impossibility of informing non-EU customers of the exact total amount of the costs in connection with customs duties, formalities, and import taxes applicable in non-EU countries, the prices for non-EU customers are quoted DDU (“delivery duty unpaid”), shipping excluded.


All orders received before 11.00 am (CET) should be sent the same day, with regards to banking security check and availability. Orders received after 11.00 am will be sent the following day.

Return – Exchange and refund


You are entitled to return any item ordered on website within 30 days of delivery if in original condition and packaging (including the KALGATI box), and accompanied by the original receipt or a copy for a partial return, except for made-to-measure items.

The website (the “Site”) is published by Apex France Luxury Group SAS, a French company (Société par Actions Simplifiées) with share capital of 45.000€ having its registered office at 26, rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris France and registred with the RCS of Paris under the number 798 707 931 RCS (named “Apex France Luxury Group” or “the company”). These general terms and conditions apply to all orders on the Site.

These terms and conditions are permanently accessible in French and English at the following address so they can be read or printed at anytime. In case of difference between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.


Object offered for sale are those featured on the website and completed with a description. The company makes every effort to accurately present and describe items.

Object proposed by Apex France Luxury Group are in conformity with French legal environment.

It is, however, possible that the Site may contain minor errors, which you recognize and accept. In the event of any non-compliance of the item delivered with its description on the Site, Apex France Luxury Group agrees to remedy such non-compliance: you may either exercise your right of cancellation, or else implement our warranty of merchantability.


Prices displayed on the Site are in Euros, VAT included, shipping excluded. The prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order.

To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity.

Customers must, upon placing their first order on the Site, complete an order form containing certain mandatory fields in order for their item order to be processed by the company.

The information you give to Apex France Luxury Group when opening your customer account or upon any order you may place must be complete, accurate and up to date.

We may, if applicable, ask you to confirm – by any means – your identity and the information given.

Customers can easily modify personal data in their personal account (“Your account”).


Order will be validated after payment. The site will send the customer an email of confirmation.

We are also entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale.

If the items ordered are no longer available, we will inform you by e-mail as promptly as possible and refund the price paid by you by crediting the credit card.


All electronic payments are processed by Le Crédit Lyonnais (French bank) and the fully secured payment platform Ingenico.

Customer can pay with the following charge/debit/credit cards: Visa/Carte Bleue/Master Card/American Express. Apex France Luxury Group does not accept bank cheques.

If any of the itemss in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes and shipping costs for the goods available.

Apex France Luxury Group makes delivery in Metropolitan France (Corsica included) and Europe.

Regarding delivery beyond the previous quoted area, Apex France Luxury Group could accept to ship the item but the client should pay for customs duties, formalities, and import taxes applicable for non-EU countries.

Right of cancellation

Customers have a right of cancellation within a cooling-off period of 30 days, except for made-to-measure items.

To simplify the exercise of this right of cancellation, KALGATI asked the customer to contact customer service:

Within that period of 30 days, customers can also ask for a full exchange. They are asked to contact the customer service to do so, except for made-to-measure items.

Customers are responsible for the cost and the safe return of the item. We recommend that customers keep proof of the return, implying a return by registered letter or by any means which provides a record of the date of delivery. Returns are to send to:

If the item is not returned within a week after the reception of the return label, return is considered as canceled and the client has to keep the item.

The returned item will be refund within a 30 days delay maximum after the reception by Apex France Luxury Group, by bank transfer on the bank account of the client.

Return fees are paid by Apex France Luxury Group for an order placed in France (and charged to the customer beyond one standard exchange). Return fees are paid by client for an order placed in others countries, except if Apex France Luxury Group has delivered a damaged item or different model from the ordered object.

If the present conditions are not respected by the Customer, including conditions for return or exchange, the Company will not proceed with the refund of the concerned objects.

Warranty and liability

In accordance with law and jurisprudence, KALGATI’s responsibility cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses, or any event of force majeure.


All material on the website (drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, written text, logos, trademarks, and all other intellectual property of any nature) are the exclusive property of Apex France Luxury Group.

You may not reproduce, by any means or process (except as expressly provided herein), in full or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such material contained on the website.

Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose without prior, express agreement of Apex France Luxury Group is prohibited.

Regardless of any specific warranty terms extended to customers with the item delivered, all items sold on the Site are subject to the following statutory warranties:

Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code: “The vendor is required to deliver a product that complies with the contract and shall be liable for any non-compliances existing upon delivery. The vendor shall also be liable for non-compliances resulting from the packaging, the assembly or installation instructions where the vendor is liable under the contract for assembly/installation or where it was carried out under the vendor’s responsibility.”

Article L.211-5 of the French Consumer Code: “To comply with the contract, the product must: 1. Be fit for the use normally expected of an item of its type and, where appropriate: correspond to the description given by the vendor and have all the qualities presented to the purchaser by the vendor in the form of a sample or model have the qualities that a purchaser can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the vendor, producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; or 2. Article L.211-13 of the French Consumer Code: “The provisions of this section do not deprive the purchaser of the right to bring an action on account of redhibitory defects as provided for in Articles 1641 through 1649 of the Civil Code or any other action of a contractual or extracontractual nature to which the purchaser is entitled under the law.”

Article 1641 of the Civil Code: “The vendor is subject to the warranty against hidden defects in the sold product rendering it unfit for its intended use, or which so impair such use that the purchaser would not have bought it or would have paid a lower price, had the purchaser been aware of the defect(s)”.

Article 1648 (1) of the Civil Code: “The action based on redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within a period of two years following discovery of the defect.


These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute, the French jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
